• Luxury sunless tanning products for at-home use, available through our online store

• Mobile spray tan services by appointment in select service areas

• Professional spray tan tools, solutions, and equipment for licensed beauty professionals

• Education programs, including digital courses, guides, and in-person hands-on training, for spray tan artists at all experience levels

• Communications and follow-up by email, phone, voicemail, and SMS to support your service experience

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking, purchasing, or enrolling

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent if a minor purchasing products)

• Use our products and services as directed and for their intended purpose

• For mobile spray tan services, disclose any relevant health information, allergies, sensitivities, or pregnancy in advance so we can ensure a safe and comfortable session

• Treat our team members with respect during in-person or virtual interactions

• Not misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt service, gain unauthorized access, or scrape data

Acceptable Use

Payments & Billing

Refunds and cancellations:

• Mobile spray tan services require advance scheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

• Courses, guides, and trainings are generally non-refundable once access is granted, given their digital and intellectual property nature. Specific terms for each program will be noted at the time of purchase.

Non-Disclosure: You agree not to share, copy, distribute, or publicly disclose any of the content or materials included in your purchase. This includes all digital products, instructional guides, videos, and training materials.

Service Disclaimers

Spray tan and sunless tanning products are intended for cosmetic use only. Results vary based on individual skin tone, undertone, preparation, and aftercare. We are not responsible for variations in outcome due to factors outside our control, including improper preparation, skipped aftercare steps, or skin chemistry.

Mobile spray tan services require advance scheduling and disclosure of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. If you have concerns, please consult a healthcare provider before booking. We reserve the right to decline service when safety concerns are present.

Educational content is provided for instructional purposes. Results depend on the individual artist’s practice, skill development, and adherence to best practices.

We do not provide medical or dermatological advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pradas Glow LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, services, or communications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pradas Glow LLC harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products or services.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to Pradas Glow LLC — whether through our website, an opt-in form, in-person consent, or by initiating contact with us — you consent to receive text messages from us at the number provided.

Types of messages you may receive: Appointment confirmations and reminders, mobile spray tan booking and prep instructions, personalized follow-up texts from Kristyn regarding your inquiry, order shipping updates, customer support replies, and occasional promotional offers or new product announcements (only with your separate opt-in consent).

Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1-786-839-5564. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Help instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@pradasglow.com.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Message frequency: You will receive messages on a variable, transactional basis depending on your inquiries, bookings, and services with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Termination
